I was reviewing our records and discovered I forgot to report a New Hire.   Why can't I have an additional UserID and Password assigned for my company for reporting New Hires?       In an effort to reduce the burden on employers of having to remember several UserIDs and Passwords, the Department of Labor has assigned one UserID and Password for each employer to be used for all Internet reporting to this agency. Any employer already registered with this agency for Unemployment Insurance (UI) purposes is automatically registered to report New Hires. Your company's UserID and Password can be found on the Employer Quarterly Contribution Return (Form Conn. UC-2).
