Hours and Earnings: The Private Sector workweek, not seasonally adjusted, averaged 33.5 hours in March 2019, up by two-tenths of an hour from the same month a year ago. Average hourly earnings at $32.72, not seasonally adjusted, were up $0.89 (2.8%) from the March 2018 estimate ($31.83).
