	Occupation Description:

	Plan, direct, or coordinate activities of a spa facility. Coordinate programs, schedule and direct staff, and oversee financial activities.


	Typical Tasks:

	Sell products, services, or memberships. Respond to customer inquiries or complaints. Schedule guest appointments. Maintain client databases. Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency. Perform accounting duties, such as recording daily cash flow, preparing bank deposits, or generating financial statements. Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.


	Knowledge:

	Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction..
